AM Well’s primary purpose is to offer support, knowledge and an opportunity to progress, from addiction to recovery and mental illness to mental wellness.

MENTAL ILLNESS

While there are various aspects of mental illnesses, a particular focus for AM Well will be suicide, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and bi-polar.

ADDICTION

Similarly, there are various aspects of addiction. It can range from smoking, alcohol, sexuality to looming issue of drugs. However, there is a common pattern for all addictions, although, it will vary from person to person. For this and many reasons, some of the workshops are held separately from mental wellness.
